The faculty of Technical Economics and Management attended ISE in Nankai University

The international symposium on “Entrepreneurship under Globalization: Theory and Empirical Evolution” was organized by the School of Business and Research Centre of Entrepreneurship at the University of Nankai, on 21/6 and 22/6. Over two hundred experts from 94 universities, including Harvard University, Saint Louis University, Texas Christian University, University of Colorado, University of Missouri in America, Brock University in Canada, Aston University in UK, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and domestic universities, gathered at Nankai to discuss Entrepreneurship.

The current session gave prominence to the combination of advanced international research and practical problems in China, inviting not only overseas scholars who are standing in the front line of entrepreneurship and innovation research, especially those who are popular for their long-term research on the problems in China, but also  famous domestic scholars and young scholars who have been focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation, to discuss and communicate various issues such as “practical problems faced by entrepreneurial activities in China and the future”, “advanced research and trends of entrepreneurship”, “education and environmental construction for entrepreneurship”, “excavation and training of potential entrepreneurs”, and to share wisdom and opinions on quality optimization of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial management.

Led by department head Yurong Wang, faculty of Technical Economics and Management at the School of International Business -- Xiaoqiang Xing, Yang Wang, Xuekong Du, Yingyao Fei, Xiaojuan Xu, Mo Zhou etc. attended the international symposium. They actively participated in the seminar, communicated the development of entrepreneurial education for current undergraduates and related research topics with experts during group discussion and even in break time. Our faculty introduced current implementation of entrepreneurship education in our university to those experts who have attended the symposium, and also enthusiastically invited them to come and give instructions when possible.
