UIBE Business School has become AACSB-accredited business school

Since the initial launch of UIBEBS international accreditation program in 2010, the institution has officially become an AACSB-accredited business school on August 10th, 2016, after the 7 year joint efforts of the whole faculty and staff members. The accreditation is valid for 5 years.

UIBEBS is the fifteenth AACSB-accredited institution in the mainland China, and also the tenth business school with both EQUIS and AACSB accreditations. Meanwhile, the business school has become one of the very first 211 project university and the first Financial College that obtain this accreditation in China.

Up to now, other accredited institution in China includes, China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Dalian University of Technology School of Management, Fudan University School of Management, Lingnan (University) College, Sun Yat-sen University, Nanjing University School of Business, Peking University Guanghua School of Management, Renmin University of China School of Business, Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Antai College of Economics and Management, Sun Yat-sen University School of Business, Tongji University School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, University of Science and Technology of China School of Management, Xi'an Jiaotong University School of Management, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University International Business School and Zhejiang University School of Management.

This accreditation casts a significant influence on UIBEBS, which symbolizes the highest achievement of the business school and represents that UIBEBS has reached world-class level of recognition. As a result of this accreditation, it is bound to deepen the internationalization and business management training within the business school, to provide a better level of foreign cooperation and exchange platform for faculty and students. UIBEBS will take this as an opportunity to accelerate the construction of a higher level business schools.
