1. Cardiff University (British) 1+1 Program
Aiming to deliver an outstanding student experience, with teaching of the highest quality, that produces graduates equipped for distinguished personal and professional achievement, UIBE and Cardiff agree to develop and operate joint ¡®1+1¡¯ Master degree programmes in Accounting and Finance, Human Resource Management; Strategic? Marketing; and the MBA (hereafter Masters programmes). UIBE will recruit students in China, and teach them for the first year of their studies. On successful completion of those studies, students will transfer to Cardiff for direct entry into the appropriate Masters programme. Subject to attaining a suitable pass mark at the end of the final year, the students will be awarded the appropriate Cardiff University Degree.

2. University of Newcastle
Students who successfully complete their study in Year 1 of the NEWCASTLE-UIBE Master Study Arrangement Program at UIBE will be eligible for entry into the NEWCASTLE Masters Degrees, receiving credit for two courses in the eight course NEWCASTLE Masters degrees and four courses in the 12 course Master of Business Administration as specified in the agreement. ?
NEWCASTLE and UIBE will agree on the program of study in Year 1 to ensure successful articulation into the NEWCASTLE-UIBE Master Study Arrangement Program. Teaching staff for the components of the UIBE Master Study Arrangements will be provided by UIBE and teaching staff for the NEWCASTLE Master Study Arrangements will be provided by NEWCASTLE.

3. IFCM (Franch)
Under the education cooperation agreement between Chinese and French governments, UIBE and FNEGE established Sino-French School of International Management (IFCM) in March, 1991. As one of the first Sino-foreign cooperative MBA programs in China, IFCM has received continuing support from French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, French Embassy in China, Chinese Ministry of Education, and the Degree Granting Committee of the State Council. IFCM is also the first co-operative educational institution that was approved and recognized by Chinese Ministry of Education 14 years ago.
Situated on the campus of UIBE, IFCM has graduated over 700 students. Part-time program started in the year of 2003, with 132 graduates, who come from Dell, Morgan Bank, Intel, Siemens, HP, Veolia Water China etc. With knowledge of international management and a multi-cultural background, they play a vital role in various professional fields and are favored by multinationals in their localization strategy. 4. Sino-US International Management School
The program is jointly run by Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland (UM) in the United States and the Business School, University of International Business and Economics.
Located on the campus of UIBE, the Sino-US EMBA Program is supported by both universities. Students are registered at the University of Maryland and, upon graduation, receive a University of Maryland EMBA diploma and a program completion certificate from UIBE.
