Jia Li (PhD in Organizational Behavior, 2011, Maastricht University) is a lecturer in the HRM&OB department. Her research interest includes team dynamics, team diversity, and longitudinal research methods. Her work has been published at Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Organizational and Occupational Psychology, Applied Psychology: An International Review, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology etc. Her work has also won the Best Conference Paper Award at three international conferences (2018 INGRoup, USA; 2016 WAOP, NL; 2011 Eastern AoM, India). She was an invited speaker and presenter at multiple conferences and universities across Europe and China. She has co-developed and co-taught (with Anita Keller, RUG) a national PhD methodology course on "Longitudinal Research Methods in Organizational and Social Psychology" at Kurt Lewin Insitute in 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. She is also sitting on the editorial review board of Asia Pacific Journal of Management.
