Initiative on Honest Examinations — To All Undergraduate Students of the Business School

Dear Students,

Honesty and trustworthiness are traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, the foundation for each individual's standing, and one of the basic moral requirements for citizens. As pillars of society, contemporary college students should take the lead in advocating and practicing integrity. As future builders and managers of the economic and social landscape, students of the Business School must regard integrity as the cornerstone and lifeline of their professional careers, letting it become our most distinguished hallmark.

Time flies, and a tense yet fulfilling semester is drawing to a close. We are about to face the final examinations. To strengthen the school's academic atmosphere and foster a fair and impartial competitive environment, we urge all students to uphold the university motto of "Erudition, Integrity, Exploration, and Dedication," and work together to create a positive culture where "integrity is honored and dishonesty is condemned." In this spirit, we issue the following initiative to all students:

I. Earnestly Review and Actively Prepare for Examinations
Cherish your time and make thorough final review efforts on the basis of accumulated and consolidated knowledge. Arrange study time for each subject rationally, formulate scientific review plans, improve review efficiency, and meet the final examinations with full vitality and high morale.

II. Maintain a Correct Attitude and Take Examinations Honestly
Examinations are an important means to assess teaching effectiveness and academic performance. Taking examinations honestly is not only a respect for knowledge but also a tempering of personal character. Authentic examination feedback helps students systematically summarize learning gains and losses, accurately identify gaps, and clarify directions for future efforts. Base your actions on integrity, abandon lucky thoughts, and resolutely resist any tendency to violate rules.

III. Uphold Civilized Examination Ethics and Strictly Abide by Examination Disciplines
Consciously observing examination rules and taking examinations honestly is a basic obligation of every student. During examinations, strictly comply with examination disciplines, seek truth from facts, and eliminate all forms of cheating. Respect invigilators, consciously maintain examination order, obey management, and demonstrate your true academic level with a positive mindset and excellent character. Remember that any form of cheating not only seriously sullies personal integrity but also will be subject to severe disciplinary action by the university.

IV. Student Leaders and Party Members Take the Lead as Role Models
All student cadres and Party members must set an example, uphold the moral bottom line of integrity through practical actions. Not only should you take examinations honestly yourselves, but you should also actively assist teachers in maintaining examination order, guide fellow students to establish correct views on examinations, and jointly create a clean and upright examination environment. We look forward to you demonstrating the outstanding demeanor of Business School students through concrete actions!

Students, let us act together, consciously study and strictly abide by examination disciplines, and meet the final assessment with a calm attitude, adequate preparation, and honest actions!

We sincerely wish every student can, with solid academic knowledge and honest character, perform freely in the examinations and hand in a worthy and satisfactory youth answer sheet for yourselves, the school, and the future!
