Xinmin Zhang, former Vice President of University of International Business and Economics, former Dean of Business School, Professor of Accounting, and famous accountant of Ministry of Finance.
He is a member of the Business Administration Assessment Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of The State Council, Vice President of the Chinese Association of Business Accounting, and President of the International Association of Management Accounting Education.
He focuses on the financial statement analysis research and teaching of enterprises. The textbook "Financial Statement Analysis" won the first prize of the first National Textbook Construction.
"Zhang's Financial Analysis Framework" was established to basically solve the theoretical and methodological problems of financial statement analysis of Chinese enterprises.
He lectured courses “Financial Statement Analysis” for many EMBA programs incuding Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and other universities.
