Xiaoguang Yang is Deputy Director of the Institute of Systems Science, Academy of Mathematics and Systems Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, President of the Chinese Society for Systems Engineering, and Vice president of the Eurasian Society for Systems Science.
His research interests include management science, applied economics, and game theory. He has won the National Outstanding Scientist of Science and Technology, Fudan Management Outstanding Contribution Award, China Youth Science and Technology Award, National Science Foundation for Outstanding Young Scholar, Mao Yisheng Youth Science and Technology Award, Special Contribution Expert of the State Council, National Talents of the Ten Million Project, and etc. He was principal of major project of National Natural Science Foundation.
