Career Symposium for Technology Economics and Management Graduates Held in Business School

To promote higher employment, Business School of University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) held career symposiums for graduating students.

On November 8, 2013, the first symposium was formally held. Attending this symposium were graduates from Technology Economics and Management major, and all members of the Graduate Party Committee in UIBE. Mr. Meng Dawei, vice secretary of the Committee of Business School Party Branch, presided over the symposium.

Each student attending this symposium shared their personal job-searching experience, including the problems and difficulties they had encountered.

Teacher Meng clarified UIBE’s employment policy this year, made an analysis of job-searching situation in recent years, and answered questions on employment. He encouraged students to build confidence and be ready to take challenges when applying for a job.
Liu Xiao, a student who had attended this symposium, commented that, “Like VIP career guidance, this symposium answered my questions, making my career path more clear and definite.” In fact, against the backdrop of fierce competition among job applicants, this symposium organized by Business School was urgently needed.
