The School Organized Students to Visit Shell
The International Business School always attaches importance to the education pattern of combining theory with practice in business studies and devotes itself to constructing a larger international employment platform for the students. More and more students pay more attention to improving their vocational ability and core competence according to their own personal development planning.
On March 28th, 2012, recommended by CIMA, the CDC, short for Career Development Center, Business School, University of International Business & Economics organized the Grade 2012 students to visit Shell in China World Tower 3. Our schoolfellows, Xie Cheng, Liu Yan and Sun Lu who are all working on Shell Finance received the students passionately. They led the students to visit the office building, explained generally how the Shell Finance going and shared their experience studying CIMA.
By means of such a visit, the students increase their understanding about the famous company and international occupational qualifications. Meanwhile, they have a clearer realization about their own career development plans. The school will make more efforts to enhance students’ growth and broaden students' perspectives.
The students were led by the deputy Party secretary and CDC director Meng Dawei, the CDC counselor and League secretary Miao Liqing, the CDC counselor and Grade 2010 instructor Xiejing and the Campus Manager of CIMA’s Beijing Office Wangyang.
